November 2025 concluded with the Selection Day highlight for outstanding candidates for the AmCham Annual Scholarship Program in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The AmCham Scholarship Program is a key component of the American Chamber of Commerce’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Launched in 2001, the programme offers a valuable opportunity for all final-year students at universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Scholarships are awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellent academic achievement, active participation in social activities, and strong English communication skills.

On November 15, Ms Bùi Triệu Huệ Nhi, a representative from NB Asia, was honoured to serve as one of the interview panel leaders. She joined human resource experts and business leaders from Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region of Vietnam to interview and select the most qualified candidates for this year’s scholarship.

In general, today’s young Vietnamese people are characterised by being dynamic, talented, fluent in foreign languages, confident, and unafraid to express themselves. Regardless of their field, a common trait among these young people is the ambition to start a business and launch a career from a young age.

Beyond early entrepreneurship, key factors contributing to their success include early exposure to information technology and the benefit of studying in a supportive environment.

It is through useful and practical activities like the AmCham Scholarship Program that Vietnamese talent can be unleashed and promoted. This is a vital platform where young talents are nurtured, incubated, and elevated to stand on par with their peers around the world.

Tháng 11 năm 2025 khép lại với hoạt động nổi bật của ngày hội tuyển chọn ứng cử viên xuất sắc phù hợp cho chương trình học bổng AmCham thường niên (AmCham Annual Scholarship Program) 2025 diễn ra tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. 

Chương trình học bổng AmCham là một phần trong chương trình trách nhiệm xã hội nổi bật của Hiệp hội Thương mại Hoa Kỳ. Khởi động từ năm 2001, chương trình học bổng AmCham là cơ hội mở cho tất cả sinh viên năm cuối ở các trường đại học trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, được trao cho những cá nhân có thành tích học tập xuất sắc, tích cực tham gia hoạt động xã hội, đồng thời sở hữu khả năng giao tiếp ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh tốt.

Ngày 15 tháng 11 vừa qua, đại diện NB Asia, chị Bùi Triệu Huệ Nhi vinh dự là một trong những thành viên hội đồng phỏng vấn cùng các chuyên gia nhân sự và lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và khu vực phía Nam, Việt Nam đồng hành cùng chương trình học bổng thường niên AmCham năm nay tham gia phỏng vấn và tuyển chọn ứng viên xuất sắc và phù hợp với học bổng.

Nhìn chung, năng động, tài năng, thông thạo ngoại ngữ, tự tin và dám thể hiện mình, v.v.. là đặc điểm của nhiều bạn trẻ Việt ngày nay. Dù thực hiện hay không, với các bạn trẻ này, đặc điểm chung của họ là đều nhen nhóm ý tưởng kinh doanh, lập nghiệp từ nhỏ.

Bên cạnh việc khởi nghiệp sớm, xuất phát điểm được tiếp xúc công nghệ thông tin cũng như học tập trong môi trường phù hợp cũng là những yếu tố then chốt, góp phần tạo nên thành công cho các bạn trẻ này.

Từ đây, những hoạt động hữu ích và thiết thực như chương trình học bổng AmCham giúp phát hiện và phát huy tài năng Việt, nơi tài năng trẻ ngày càng được nuôi dưỡng, ươm mầm và thăng hoa, sánh ngang với các quốc gia trên toàn thế giới.
